Carolyn began her underwriting career in political risks with Sovereign Risk Insurance in Bermuda in 1997. Five years later, she joined the Structured Trade and Export Finance division of Barclays Capital where she worked on ECA and structured lending transactions. More recently she underwrote project finance, infrastructure and leveraged loans at XL Capital, before joining Aspen in 2008. Carolyn also holds an Msc Finance.
